The craftsmanship of this product is terrible the lead around the glass is peeling chunky and there’s even some copper wire showing. I’m not happy with this costing 250 bucks. What do you think I should do with this

beautiful pendant, just received it yesterday. Would have liked for it to have a longer middle connector or additional one in order to use just one instead of the 1 1/2 which makes it too long for my space
