I used my brother's Black Cube wok and loved the way the food didn't stick, it cooked evenly, and we could use his metal utensils to stir up the ingredients. I had to get one for myself. We recently remodeled our kitchen, and found out that our old saute pan that was 'induction ready' wasn't. Really like our Green Pan Valencia cookware, so decided to buy this saute pan as a replacement. The pan is great. I like the looks of this one over the Valencia pans that we purchased previously.
