Absolutely love the tile. Customer service was prompt and friendly but shipping was horrible. I ordered 5 cases. 3 arrived contacted customer service no problem we will send 2 more. Wait another week 1 case arrives. Contact customer service we’re sorry wait another week to finally get the complete order. 3 additional weeks three times rescheduled installers.
