The instructions were very well written for anyone to follow. All of the nuts, bolts, supports and everything else, including the hex wrench, were the right number and packaged perfectly. This is a heavy well constructed pot rack. Relatively easy to assemble and install. The included drywall anchor worked well for me as I was only able to mount one hook screw in a ceiling joist at my desired mounting location. It is currently holding all of my heavy All-Clad pots and pan, as well as my cast iron skillets. Of course, if you do not balance out the pots on the rack it may lean to one side. Sturdy and high quality made in USA. Simple assembly but this is 50 pounds plus. The kit comes with “heavy duty” drywall toggles but I would never recommend using them. Two toggles having a 50 pound rack and another ~40 of pots and pans hanging from them? No way.
