• The ceiling screw hooks are 5" with an 1 1/2"thread, there are two 2" S hooks, two 6" pieces of chain, the straps are 12 1/8"" and the pot hooks are approximately 4 1/2" in height, if you take into consideration where these piece attach to each other and that it will affect the height, it is about 21" in height, that is the APPROXIMATE measurement from the ceiling to the bottom of the pot hooks hanging off the pot rack.
• It does have a latex based finish on it. He can get it unfinished, but risks it rusting from our warehouse to him. If the rack is kept dry there should be no rust, we have been producing pot racks for a very long time and rust is a rate defect.
