The on-line purchasing process was amazingly fast and easy. The shipping experience was also fantastic, the package arrived w/in the expected window and was received in perfect condition. We had the sink professionally installed as the install required some granite cutting and grinding for a proper fit. The finished product is just what we were looking for, a clean modern look. The sink surface is easily cleaned with warm soap and water. To prevent scratches, we purchased two silicon bottom mats and they actually look pretty good. We did replace the included drain strainers as they looked cheap and distracted from the otherwise beautiful appearance of the Ruvati Sink. Based on measurements of my counter space and granite setting, I couldn’t get an apron front or an undermount. This was a great alternative. I love the workstation and accessories offerings but I bought the Ruvati Accessories Multi-function Workstation Organizer and Caddy with Soap Dispenser and Knife Block because I thought it would work great. The caddy is very rigidly straight and the sink slopes in very slightly as you get deeper. Sad to say the caddy did not fit. Based on measurements of my counter space and granite setting, I couldn’t get an apron front or an undermount. This was a great alternative. I love the workstation and accessories offerings but I bought the Ruvati Accessories Multi-function Workstation Organizer and Caddy with Soap Dispenser and Knife Block because I thought it would work great. The caddy is very rigidly straight and the sink slopes in very slightly as you get deeper. Sad to say the caddy did not fit. I really like this sink. It's gorgeous and the perfect size. My only complaint is that it scratches more easily than I had hoped.
