If I could give this zero stars, I would. Was really looking forward to our new composite sink. I spent a lot of time researching online and reading reviews, and felt confident in our decision to go with this Kohler Neoroc unit. I liked that it had good heat resistance, was a solid black, and the reviews were favorable. However, ours arrived with a massive crack in one corner and throughout the back of the sink, rendering it completely unusable. Did FedEx drop it? Or was it just poor packaging on Kohler's part? Either way, these things are supposed to be durable. Went through the process of sending Wayfair, then their resolution team, pictures of the item and box, etc. A replacement sink was sent. When FedEx brought the new one, I was pleased to see they packaged it in another box around the Kohler box this time. Imagine my disappointment when we opened it to find it the Kohler box was loose inside to bounce around inside the bigger box. Still hopeful the outer box offered more protection, we opened it to discover this one had an even bigger massive crack in virtually the same spot as the last one. So there is a serious fail in either the durability of the sink itself, or the lack of protection within the Kohler box, or FedEx was playing catch with it. Maybe a combination of all of the above. Had to return the replacement one and get a refund. What a waste of material, shipping, and time. Now we have to start all over in search of a different sink. To their credit, Wayfair made the return process smooth. Note to Kohler, please put packaging around the corners on the sink that go over the top of the corners to cushion it while in transit. A few "fragile" stickers wouldn't hurt either. Because apparently this composite sink is fragile!
