The on-line purchasing process was amazingly fast and easy. The shipping experience was also fantastic, the package arrived w/in the expected window and was received in perfect condition. We had the sink professionally installed as the install required some granite cutting and grinding for a proper fit. The finished product is just what we were looking for, a clean modern look. The sink surface is easily cleaned with warm soap and water. To prevent scratches, we purchased two silicon bottom mats and they actually look pretty good. We did replace the included drain strainers as they looked cheap and distracted from the otherwise beautiful appearance of the Ruvati Sink. Based on measurements of my counter space and granite setting, I couldn’t get an apron front or an undermount. This was a great alternative. I love the workstation and accessories offerings but I bought the Ruvati Accessories Multi-function Workstation Organizer and Caddy with Soap Dispenser and Knife Block because I thought it would work great. The caddy is very rigidly straight and the sink slopes in very slightly as you get deeper. Sad to say the caddy did not fit. This sink is exactly what I want , however it has been backed ordered for months to the USA. I figured if I bought from a large online retailer my chances of getting one would be greater , so I ordered with Wayfair. They almost gave me a thumbs up that they would get one , and they did! It took 2 months. It arrived at my home all beautiful and all , Except one thing , it arrived CRACKED. This is the third large item I have purchased where the item has arrived cracked , putting me in line of waiting months again! The last large item was a Granite bathroom vanity , where three seperate shipments arrived broken / cracked. It is very frustrating and time consuming on the wait. Each time I was sent a replacement it was either UPS or Fedex, when WF delivery person finally delivered it was not broken or cracked. I do not know how to get Wayfair to not use either delivery service from the start because it might save time. Please Wayfair do more quality control.. Marlene. US. Mon Jun 17 2024
