I was very disappointed in this product. I was expecting a WHITE and copper hood. There is NO white on it. You might think the chimney is white at first but that is just the protective plastic layer that peels off. It is stainless steel/silver and copper. The handle was the only place I was expecting stainless steel, but it is the trim piece and the chimney as well. I have white cabinets and was wanting a look like what the pictures show but that is NOT what you will get. It looks nothing like the pictures as all of them show white. Great price, just the right size. We originally ordered one that had the wrong dimensions listed in the description. It didn’t fit. The customer service rep literally pulled up the manual online, saw where it was listed incorrectly and submitted a ticket to have it fixed for future orders. Meanwhile he sent me a return label to ship it back and also helped me find a unit that worked for our space and he gave it at the same price as the first one I ordered.
