Doesn’t come with charcoal filters. Shows smudges very easily. The chimney extension is short and I paid another 250-300 getting a longer extender and crown molding and filters directly from zline and was charged 400 for a ductless install . Did not come shipped in the standard protective cling film as is standard but luckily wasn’t scratched

Just a beautiful addition to our kitchen remodel. We are using this as a ductless and it seems to be working great so far. It is a tad loud at the two higher settings (total of four). I love the light feature with two settings. The hood itself is well made, well styled and very functional for our tiny beach bungalow.
