The Nordic Ware Rack is perfect for cooling and glazing your favoriyte treats. Rack nests into our half sheet baking pan (sold separately) for in oven crisping of foods.

I didn’t know how convenient these half sheet grids are for prepping and cooling fried foods until I watched a video. Much easier and less wasteful than always using paper towels. They fit well inside the half sheet pans. I’ll be ordering the grids for the quarter sheet pan when they’re back in stock.
