Gabriele Chiave was born to diplomat parents in Metz in 1978, Gabriele Chiave knows no boundaries. He lived in many cities and countries. The colors, shapes, appearance of the glaze as well as the overall look depend on the firing temperature and time and may vary slightly from piece to piece - each piece is unique and may show individual structures and shades. My father had bought one of these cheese grater about twenty years ago in an airport in Italy. It went missing from his kitchen about two weeks ago. He was very disappointed and upset that it was gone. I went on Google and after looking through dozens of stores and hundreds of cheese graters I found it on Perigold. I was excited to see it.
