Love this modern looking cheese grater, which I've seen at Italian restaurants. Like all graters, it's a pain to clean.

Whenever this grater is brought out at the dinner table, it elicits a chorus of remarks from our supper guests. It's a substantial piece, both in design and sheer size. Creates a fluffy snow of parmesan with ease. Only reason for no 5 stars, is that it takes a bit of effort to clean, and you need to have a spot big enough to store it.
