Perfect size and function over our new range. Works amazing, two fan motors keep up with all my cooking needs and performs well. We had our GC put some bends in the ducting going to the venting in order to slow it down just a tad so it didn’t suck the little dogs off the floor when it was on high. All in all we like the hood, but for the price there were some issue. For one, two sides of the column had a smoother brushed finish than the other two. Also, some small specs of rust have appeared on the finish. If I had to guess I would say some iron particles were left behind by the brushing process. Just got mine, I watched a video on YouTube and the installation was straight forward with only two bolts. The light could be brighter and it’s a little noisy on low setting even after insulating the entire rigid pipe.
