The heat distribution is remarkably even across the entire surface. While searing these shrimp the pan showed zero hot spots allowing for a clean, consistent color throughout. My first non-stick wok!! I have had many other works but as I get a little more busy this pan has really been a game changer. It the perfect size to feed my family and packs up perfectly when done.
