I decided to send these back when I realized they are not really stay-cool handles. The fine print on the manufacturer's website essentially tells you to always use a pot holder. For this kind of money, and given the high quality of the non-stick finish, they should have put silicone on the handles for handling them. I absolutely love these pans but for some reason water gets trapped in all the lids between the glass and the metal. I can’t get it out and it’s still there after leaving it out to evaporate overnight. I’ve filed a warranty claim and they are sending me new lids but I feel like it’s a design issue and may happen again.
