I love this stove! It looks great. I don’t really use the center rack burner. So, it can be removed. It can be a regular oven or convection oven with a press button. It holds a nice even temp on the burners or when baking. The knobs have to be pressed in all the way before turning to avoid gas leaking like some older ovens. The racks can glide out for heavier items. To change rack position you just lift up. Same as repositioning. I had to look that up online. I love the glides though. I love this product, it looks great with the other appliances I have. The buttons are a little sensitive but the locking mechanism helps to ensure safety. The stove heats up quickly and the design is beautiful. The oven has no heat air fryer which helps to cook foods quickly. The convection backing works well too. Nearly 5 year update... I still LOVE LOVE LOVE this range! The wifi feature allows me to start the oven while on my way home from the grocery store, cook baked potatoes left inside it or preheat from the hammock in the backyard. I don't love the air fry feature, I still use a different one. I bought a newer version of this range than a friend had and recommended and am so glad I did. First issue is the cooktop sound is much louder with use than my previous Bosch cooktop. Secondly it has a great panel for the oven however it is either too sensitive or placed in a position that is too easily turned on when using the cooktop.
