The on-line purchasing process was amazingly fast and easy. The shipping experience was also fantastic, the package arrived w/in the expected window and was received in perfect condition. We had the sink professionally installed as the install required some granite cutting and grinding for a proper fit. The finished product is just what we were looking for, a clean modern look. The sink surface is easily cleaned with warm soap and water. To prevent scratches, we purchased two silicon bottom mats and they actually look pretty good. We did replace the included drain strainers as they looked cheap and distracted from the otherwise beautiful appearance of the Ruvati Sink. There were problems associated with order but the manner in which the issue was resolved was superb and will give me alot of confidence in dealing with Perigold again in the future. Sink is huge and we love it!! Remodeled kitchen and had a hideous double basin, same drop in dimensions, and upgrading to this has been wonderful! Bought Lava Odoro brushed gold faucets and they match the sink perfectly. Bought a Kohler hole cover in gold and matches perfectly as well. We werent a fan of the grate, so ended up taking it out and storing in case we change our minds. Really love this sink and so does everyone else! Finished on all 4 sides lets you choose the plain or fluted apron front. Distressing marks make it shabby-chic. There are many benefits to fireclay. Its glazed surface inhibits bacterial growth more than stainless steel. It is eco-friendly requiring fewer cleansers. Made and hand-finished in Italy, each sink is unique. Due to the firing process, dimensions are nominal and may vary to actual up to .5". Custom cabinet or apron cabinet required. *A note about fireclay: small cracks will appear on the unglazed underside of the sink. These are cosmetic only and have no impact on the performance of the sink.
