This is the one for flour, sugar, rice, etc. Holds a good amount and is very sturdy. Same quality as other products in the line. Takes up space, so some other sizes may be more practical than this one. I was able to convert to some smaller sizes and free up space in the pantry by not using as many of this size; only when they were the truly right size. I love the quality of this plastic. The form factor and the stacking ability of the various size is well though. I also like that they can be in a drawer and you can see through the lid for the content. I recommend them. (I am not sure if the "vacuum feature" will keep food for longer..
