We LOVE this little tea kettle. It is perfect for ours primary needs to include boiled water for bottles and/or hot tea at night. We went with the white and it is WHITE. We really like the little knob on the top that opens/closes the spout for pouring. We also love that this kettle whistles as our old one did not and occasionally we'd forget until it went boiling over on our stove. We did that what appears to be an enamel coating does get marked up a bit if you're clumsy like us. I dinged it the first evening we used it and it had a tiny little scratch, but no dents.
