Never again. The product dimensions listed on the site were 24x18x13.5 and what I received was 24x12x10.75 and I have to pay to send it back because the site was wrong or the wrong product was sent? I even call the Zline support line and it went straight to voicemail and told me to send a email to them to open a case. Last time I will do business with Wayfair and Zline.

It did what it was designed to do but be careful taking the wrapping off. We mistakenly pulled it apart just taking the wrapping off.

Worked perfectly for my 8ft ceiling the 16” would have had to be cut not an easy task

No one had this item i the local home improvement store. I found it here and it’s great.

If you have an 8 foot ceiling and you’re Tall and want to have the hood 36 inches above the range you absolutely need this
