I LOVE THIS STOVE!!!! Ok so first the boring stuff but stuff you need to know, ha! It is for natural gas (top) and it is an electric oven but it came with propane gas conversion for the burners. When we had our propane line brought in all we had to do was have the stove put together and ready to hook up to the line (btw my husband ran the line from the inside to the exterior--something else if you've never had experience with this) and then they actually tested the stove and made sure it was working when they tested the line--so there's your professional installation. There are several cooking settings and you have to choose one. I am still learning what each one does but so far everything I've made in this oven has turned out really nice --like baked goods are nice and puffy and casseroles cook very evenly. This is a very high end stove and if you like to cook this is really an amazing deal. I bought this when it was on sale and honestly it was my favorite purchase for our total home remodel. Everyone loves it! Its really adorable but super functional. Ok so a quick couple of other things. There aren't any electronic features so no timer, clock or beeping to let you know when your oven is preheated etc. All of these things make no difference to me but might be a bigger deal to someone else. In my mind its one less thing that will break. The look of it is really nice and its a solid stove. I've never been in love with a stove until now. I was going for an English cottage type of feel to my kitchen and this really does it!
