Who ever designed this model should be fired. First of all, the info on the product page is not consistent. Is the CFM 900 or 500? The prod description has it at 900 while the Specification section reads 500. We bought it bec we thought the CFM is 900. Now back to the design issue, the lights are at the back of the unit. Seriously? The grease would accumulate at the back and drips out of the lights. The baffle channel's edges are so sharp that you can use it as a steak knife. It does come with a grease cup but there are no tabs on the motor for you to clip the grease cup on so it's useless. Then the baffles are so flimsy. They came out of the package with screws missing. 700 bucks gives a poorly designed, carelessly assembled product. Big disappointment.

Just got mine, I watched a video on YouTube and the installation was straight forward with only two bolts. The light could be brighter and it’s a little noisy on low setting even after insulating the entire rigid pipe. Overall we are happy with the results, the whole unit looks great and there is no more smoke in the kitchen. Very satisfied with the purchase.
