product is great, their customer service is non existent - missing baffle filter knob and plastic grease cup on delivery - multiple attempts to contact this company "Zline" - if you want any communication with the manufacturer -forget it

Simple installation but sleek. Gives my kitchen that big city look.

Speakers are ok, nice added feature. Fit is perfect. Fan is not that strong and noisy, works ok for my cook top.

I am dead in the water with case number 01243240 case subject 01240781My initial contact was on July 17th I successfully submitted all asked for information and was sent confirmation of this on July 22nd and was told I would be contacted in 24 to 72 hours which now has been over 5 days ago with not another word. I have replied several times since this process started (please review) and suggested that we get this figured out as I leave the location of the installed hood for a out of state trip on Wednesday morning for 4 to 6 weeks. I have the installer on standby to complete the project and could facilitate his ability to gain access to the property to complete the repairs or replace said hood. I have registered this product for warranty coverage and I need your attention to this matter. This is turning into a nightmare.
