buyer beware. This is a ductless hood. I need recirculating so imagine my suprise when I was told that I couldn't return it because it is a clearance item. I also attempted to cancel another large purchase and they told me that it is viewed as a "request." I've never experienced such poor and deviant customer service. I'll never shop here again.

I am dead in the water with case number 01243240 case subject 01240781My initial contact was on July 17th I successfully submitted all asked for information and was sent confirmation of this on July 22nd and was told I would be contacted in 24 to 72 hours which now has been over 5 days ago with not another word. I have replied several times since this process started (please review) and suggested that we get this figured out as I leave the location of the installed hood for a out of state trip on Wednesday morning for 4 to 6 weeks. I have the installer on standby to complete the project and could facilitate his ability to gain access to the property to complete the repairs or replace said hood. I have registered this product for warranty coverage and I need your attention to this matter. This is turning into a nightmare.

The range looks very nice and goes well with my cabinets. Easy to install and setup. The different size burners come in very handy, especially the simmer burner. The champagne bronze goes nice with white and makes it look like luxury.
