I purchased this vent hood a monh ago, in the description it stated that the unit was "ducted" or "ductless", sue to the height of the roof and the logon of the kitchen I was forced to used a ductless unit. Once my contractor went to install the unit the installation book states that to use it as a ductless unit you need to have a Ductless Recirculating Unit Model: XORFK08 which Wayfair doesn't even sell. This was not listed anywhere on the page or speciations onthe item page. Once I called the customer service representative agree with me that the page didn't state you would need a separate item to make the unit ductless, and I had to find the unit from another website for an additional $200. I asked the repre to ensure they listed the need of an additional to make the unit ductless in he description so no one else have the same issue (which they have no done,but don't even list the model number). Wayfair 's compens to me for the false advertisement and my nightmare a 10% off coupon for my next order, which is insulting for such a big mistake in such a costly unit. I guess in summary, dont trust the description page it may not tell you the whole story. I can't tell you about the unit as I have yet to receive the required kit to install it
