We purchased this knife for our Mom. She lives alone and has a bunch of dull knives. We figured this one could be used to cut a pork chop or chicken breast, cut up veggies (peppers, carrots, etc. . ) and fruits. She loves it and already says how much faster it is to prepare foods. We love this knife

every year she adds to her collection of Wusthof knives. I think this completes it. We love these knives

Its great. We had somehow lost one of our set and this was a replacement. Not exactly the same but does the job.

I bought a replacement steak knife for my set because one mysteriously disappeared. One of my family members probably through it out on accident. Anyway, the knife is great and good quality that I would expect. The only thing I didn't like is that it is slightly different than the others, in appearance. Not a big deal but that's the only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5.
