One star you say? Let me tell you why. We purchased a ton of these pulls for our kitchen and after a year, the black finish began to chip off several of the pulls. When I reached out to Wayfair, they said that because it was over a year (19 days over a year) since the purchase date, they could not help me. They chose not to help me. Wayfair must have changed their internal customer service policies because my wife and I have never had this kind of a problem. Buyer beware: You may not want to purchase something like this that only lasts a year from a company that won't stand behind their product.
