I bought these for our kitchen cabinet pulls - about 30 of them. They began chipping immediately. I've had to use touch up paint on at least half of them. It's just my husband and me in the house so it's not like we are abusing them. Would not recommend for kitchen or any highly used purpose.

The paint definitely starts to wear off after every day use.

The perfect knobs to finish our media cabinet, sleek and simple. They're made out of a painted metal and have a very nice feel to them. A couple of ours came with small paint chips (maybe due to bumping up against the screws in the packaging), but replacements came quickly.
