Love my new induction cooktop range...however hard to find a non-stick pan suitable for induction sauteing...The Swiss Diamond Non-Stick Skillet is Amazing...worth every penny...I am sure It will be around longer than I am :-) Will purchase the larger one too....soon

This pan does a great job on eggs, pancakes, and fat-free steaks. The heat is even and it can be wiped with a sudsy sponge. I have been using this for 3 months on my induction cooktop and am recommending it. I keep a paper towel on the inside surface when stacking a smaller Swiss Diamond fry pan on top.
