I received my pan today and I absolutely love it. I used it to grill veggies for dinner tonight and they came out perfect. I'm renting a house with a flat top stove that I can't stand, but this pan still did a beautiful job. Even on medium heat the pan got a little too hot. I only gave it 4 stars because it is quite a task to clean it. I own several pieces of cast iron and I baby them all, but on this one it was very difficult to clean in between those ridges.

Good sturdy grill pan and the lid makes it great for indoor grilling so you can see what your cooking Minus a star because it is hard to clean in the grooves but what grill or grate style cooking thing isn’t

so far so good. cooked with it once so far, no complaints. pretty sure this is the 12" steam grill pan that is advertised on other websites.

This cast iron grill was exactly as represented. Excellent addition to my cookware.
