I use it mainly for steaks but I am starting to experiment with other meats (easy) and toying with tofu. The heat is very even. I find the weight not a problem. I have even cooked ribs in the oven and turned out great.

It looks like a returned item, the grill pan chipped everywhere. Poor packaging, I hope the replacement will be better.

I was so happy to find this Staub turquoise grill pan on Wayfair. I had been looking for this specific color to add to my collection and only located it on Wayfair. The pan is absolutely fantastic and one of my favorite pans to use when grilling chicken or steak. It's heavy and solid. The finish does get dirty but nothing a little elbow grease and barkeepers friend doesn't fix getting off of the enamel. The color is beautiful and I'm so happy to add to my Staub collection!
