Just started getting into sourdough and got really excited to use this new knife. It's not only BEAUTIFUL but also the sharpest knife I've ever used. Considering upgrading my full collection!

This is the best knife I've ever had My wife loves using it and it looks very cool too.

Xmas present. Perfect.

It was a game changer when I used it to thinly slice crusty ciabatta.

Have not used it yet but had time to examine it very close and certainly not too impressed by it. How it felt in my hands, how it looks as far as craftsmanship, it looked cheap, it looked produced in massive scale where no personal touch or care was taken. I even doubt all those pictures they showed of people working on ovens creating craft out of bare metal, probably fake. But I see what I have in front of me and it ain’t Rosie smells, just an opinion, still got to use it and that’s another story. .
