Product is beautiful. I was not actually able to get these from Perigold after several ordering and shipping mishaps. Placed the order 11/28. Last problem had them arriving by 1/8/24. I gave up and cancelled the whole order. Placed a new order with the vendor directly and had my knobs within 4 days. Perigold, you have a big issue with drop ship vendors. You know it and they know it. There is no accountability on either part so your customer gets left holding the bag. No discounts for major mess ups, no expedited shipping to get item delivered on time for an installation, poor communication on every level…when you make several mistakes and put it on the customer, we go elsewhere to purchase. This purchase was a terrible experience. Sadly.
