Im an All Clad guy myself, but this pan is AMAZING!!! I love one pot meals and this covers all the bases. Easy clean up too!

This is the pan that I never knew I needed. From searing large batches of meat to poaching beef bones for broth, this pan is a rock star. Even heat, very tight sealing lid and remarkably light. If I had to ding Made In pans for anything, it would be that the stainless surface (outside) is not polished. I like to see my reflection in the stainless after I've washed it. That's just me, weird, I know.

Love the pan, but don’t use unless you are cooking on gas. Used this on a radiant heat stove and only the middle heated up. Not sure why the whole pan didn’t heat. Left with a heat stain in the pan. Used the pan on a gas stove and it was perfect.

Great size and of course excellent Made In quality. The 10 quart size is perfect for braising, sautéing cutlets, frying chicken, and for sauces that need a broad surface. It’s also perfect for one pan meals.

Loved my 10 qt rondeau so much, I ordered one for my daughter. Fits lots of food without overcrowding. Cleans up easily!
