Cooks great right out of the box, love how easy it is to use! Can tell that will only get better with age, great product!

I have been looking for a good substitute for coated non-stick pans. I have been using this carbon steel pan for a little over a week now and it just keeps getting better. I did order some seasoning wax and seasoned it using a combination of the instructions that came with the pan and the instructions that came with the wax. It is now completely non-stick and works well. Also, I use a lower burner heat and the food cooks in the same amount of time. This pan seems very durable and performs very well. I would highly recommend this pan.

This pan is a cross between heavy cast iron and a higher sided utility pan...that can cook at very high heat. Carbon Steel is great to cook with but it takes a little getting used to. It gets hot and stays hot a long time. But it's even heat and is perfect for meat or any kind. My new favorite pan.

My son had previously recommended seasoned carbon steel pan to me. When poorly constructed non stick pans became increasingly more worrisome,I purchased a seasoned carbon steel pan. I love it. It took a few weeks to adjust my cooking technique, but now I’ve got it figured out. Mynson says “ You can’t hurt these pans” and I believe that’s true. And, as the company suggests, I’ve embrased the changing patina!”

I have purchased the 10 in and 12 inches carbon steel non seasoned pans 5 years ago. I absolutely love them. These are my go to pans! It is now well seasoned and put to use daily. I sear salmon, steaks and pork chops and they come out beautifully. I love searing the skin of the salmon, it comes out like the restaurant. LOVE THESE PANS!! I also love the dutch oven which is my favorite over the competitor, which i also have.
