Solid, heavy and great heat retention. Will use this on our new induction cooktop and also the grill for smash burgers!

The carbon steel griddle has performed very well, both outdoor on the gas grill and indoor on the gas range. Clean up us easy.

Pleased to report that the griddle works wonderfully on my induction stovetop. First burgers that came off the griddle show nice caramelization and were very tasty. Will be using it for a breakfast meal soon with a single-pan clean-up.

Needless to say this is not the only griddle on the market, that being said have you tried others, this is really the only one on the market. I have not used it four times since I purchased it a couple of breakfasts, smashburger session with the family, and some fajitas. I use it on an induction stove so I had to figure out the heat which was rather sim0le. After that it was easy peasy and a pleasure to cook on. Cleaning is rather simple which was surprising especially after the smashburgers would shield than a lot of grease and melted on cheese. 5 minutes tops and it was cleaned and seasoned for the next use. I read some of being negative reviews you must say I have an experience any of those problems. Only wish they made a larger one to cover the entire stove top. Once again made in has exceeded my expectations keep up the great work.

Great griddle. Used it for my grill. Haven’t used it for pancakes yet, but I think it will work very well
