Love this refrigerator except I am UNABLE to slide it back into place because LG does NOT make a Zero Clearance Door Conversation Kit for this refrigerator after me requesting this kit for close to one year…so I am stuck with not being able to put this refrigerator back into place in my kitchen because the refrigerator is next to a wall & if I slide the refrigerator into place…then I can NOT open the refrigerator…I have made many requests to LG to create the Zero Clearance Door Conversation Kit with no resolution for close to One Year

Unfortunately, done with LG refrigerators. Too many compressor failures. Too many ice maker issues. Was nice while it lasted, but moving on. Sorry to not have better news for those interested in LG...

I like the Design, Spacious Interior, and Quiet Operation. After comparing several counter-depth refrigerators, I decided to purchase the LG STUDIO SRFB27S3, and I'm very happy with my decision. The biggest surprise was how spacious the interior is. Even though it's a counter-depth model, the storage capacity is excellent. The shelf layout is well designed, making it easy to organize groceries, large containers, and beverages without feeling cramped. The design is another standout feature. The clean, modern look fits perfectly in our kitchen, and the PrintProof stainless steel finish does a great job resisting fingerprints, making it easy to keep clean. Performance has also been excellent. The refrigerator cools quickly, maintains a consistent temperature, and operates very quietly. We hardly notice it's running. The ThinQ app is a nice bonus, allowing me to monitor the refrigerator remotely. The only adjustment was getting used to the internal water dispenser and ice maker. At first, I preferred an external dispenser, but after using it for a while, I actually appreciate the cleaner appearance and the extra storage space inside. Overall, this refrigerator offers an excellent combination of style, functionality, and performance. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a premium counter-depth refrigerator with a surprisingly spacious interior. Lastly, the delivery servicemen were very professional. I could see they do care their customers and the product they handle. Thank you!

Fridge is fantastic. Zero issues. Only thing I wish was better was the water filter filters. I’m looking for alternatives I don’t find the water taste the greatest coming out of that filter

Bought this in November 2025. A few months later it started freezing and spoiling all the food inside. Temperature is set to 4c and the app says “temperature is well maintained”. Meanwhile milk is frozen and I out a thermometer in there, it is showing -2c. LG, please focus on appliance quality and not adding Fluff like “sabbath mode” and “smart grid energy saver”.
