I bought this set, and they did not stay flat on an electric range on the first use. Heated up as per recommendations and not fry pans now have a bow ( concave ) on the cooking surface and no longer sis flat.

I love the pans, they heat evenly, are easy to clean, but I do prefer glass lids

I cannot say enough good things about this set of pots and pans. Not only are they aesthetically pleasing, they are heavy weight. Cook beautifully. Washes well. If you’re having trouble with food sticking highly recommend letting the pan warm up on the stove prior to adding your high temp oil. (Avocado oil, evoo won’t cut it). To check if you pan is hot enough, splash a few drops of water into the pan with your finger tips. If the water balls up and bounces around, it’s ready. These are worth every penny. Pleased with my purchase.

I really do love the quality. My only negative is that I wish the pans came with lids.
