Defective. 6.5 inch wide gap/chipped front on white porcelain, just under the lip. There were no broken shards within the manufacturer box or shipping box, indicating the condition defective prior to packaging. Cosmetically unappealing in damaged state. FedEx ground did leave the package in a safe area, the exterior box was damaged although interior was well foamed around the boxed sink - the "fragile - this end up" arrows were ignored, box left standing on edge.
