Love my new cutting board! As a former restauranteur and executive chef, I am very critical of my tools. This board loves my knives and my knives love it It is portable, yet makes a great stationery work station. Big enough for the large prep, easy clean-up and always looks wonderful on my kitchen counter or on my portable eating island.

Lower quality than an original John Boos block! An original high-quality John Boos Block has a high block count (picture with 11 x 16 blocks). The photo shows the lower block count on the one we received. Not sure if John Boos lowered the quality for all cutting boards, or just the ones they sell through wayfair.
