Beautiful pan! Works as good as it looks!

This sauté pan is everything I needed as a home cook! Expensive up front price but if you care for it, this pan will help you cook through anything!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The heat distribution is perfect on our gas stove. Whether a sauté or a sear this pan weathers both. Add the herbs and vegetables and make the sauce in the same pan. Great pan for amatriciana start to finish.

We run a serious business of making pasta, and risotto and we can't recommend this pan enough. Its beautiful copper displays nicely in the kitchen, we can't say enough great things about the craftsmanship and quality of these pans! They will last forever.

I’ve had the opportunity to cook with my new CopperBond 3.5 qt Essential pan and I love it! Most recently, I made risotto and the cooking performance was top notch.
