This is a heavy, nice quality steamer for our Atlantis 3-Quart pan. We ordered 2 steamers. They are stackable which is another nice feature. These are lifetime steamer pans. It is becoming more difficult to locate quality stainless steel anything and we were lucky to find them. We ordered the Atlantis pot from another company only to find it backordered. We canceled that order and place our order with Wayfair. So far, we are extremely happy with Wayfair products. When an order is placed, they ship the order. A lot of companies are taking orders and then immediately back ordering the order forever. If an item needs backordering, Wayfair lets you know up front. Wayfair has excellent customer support.

I truly love the entire Demeyer Atlantis Pro line of cookware. I was very excited to purchase the steamer. My only concern is that it was challenging to figure out just exactly which pan 'fits' this steamer. I have since learned that the smaller sized steamer fits the 3 qt pan. So I had to purchase the 3 qt pan. It was on my list to purchase anyhow. I love the quality of the product that I went ahead and purchased the larger sized steamer too. I did a quick Google search and believe that I have the pans that fit the larger sized steamer.

I bought this to use in my Demeyere Atlantis 5.5-qt. pot. The rubber seal is a thoughtful feature; it keeps steam from escaping from the sides of the steamer, and directs the steam to the item being steamed. As with all Demeyere Atlantis cookware, the quality is superb.
