It arrived just as Wayfair said. The box however had a gouge in the side of the box that went through. Luckily when we opened it up the coffee maker was not damaged. Setup was very easy. I have only brewed a k-cup coffee so far which was easy and delicious. Will be using the auto brew to a carafe of coffee tomorrow morning. I expect it to be just as delicious as the cup. We are very happy with this machine so far. The price was great and Wayfair never disappoints me with their quality, price & service.

Love it bought it and the next day Wayfair put it on sale. Wayfair offered me 10 off on a future purchase in lieu of me returning it-still waiting for the code to be sent. Coffeemaker offers great utility with pot, k-cup, and nespresso original pods and Steam wand with hot water feature.. Center-point of my coffee, tea and wine bar! Cuisinart quality came well wrapped in three boxes, inside box damaged, but unit inside was fine.

Perfect Coffee Center! Love the variety of K-Cups, capsules, and the ability to brew a full pot. Space saver and people pleaser for the win!!! The only negative is how firm the latch is to open and close the coffee compartment lid.

Clock doesn’t keep time, I have reset it multiple times. When the machine brews it makes crackling sounds
