Not working. Need a return authorization

This powerful processor works great for grinding up a roast into high-quality ground beef.

Nice large capacity. Being able to store all the parts inside the machine is great for reducing clutter and preventing the parts getting lost. Haven't used it yet, but it feels pretty heavy duty. Got the black because my old machine was lighter and it is nearly impossible to remove every bit of the spills that get stuck in the smallest crevices.

Works great, but if I had it to do over I would have purchased the black - the gray is kinda insipid.

My new food processor is a work horse. Grates my Parmesan cheese without hesitation! Very glad I bought it!
