I LOVE this on my electric stove top.. I was worried the griddle wouldn't heat evenly because of the spacing between the heating elements.. but surprisingly it heats evenly throughout despite the heat concentrated on the left and right side of the griddle. This is perfect for thin protein pancakes or crepes! They slide right off and flip sooo easily! You dont even have a bad first batch.. usually my first few pancakes are the funky ones that don't come off as easily . LOVE that its non-stick, non-toxic, heats evenly, and is a beautiful color! :) 5 stars
