And I love cooking soufflés, and what not and that is where the propane cooktop is idealis.The duel oven is a great choice.. and perhaps one of my favorite features is the quiet door retraction?

We especially like the 5 burner layout giving us increased cooktop options and space. The telescoping oven shelf will be super helpful for larger pans. Super excited to start cooking!

#1 when the oven is heating up there is no digital readout to tell one what the temperature is up to. If one isn't there to hear the ding, one doesn't know if it is ready. # 2 It is almost impossible to read the numbers and words on the faceplate unless it is daylight. I use my cellphone light to see the words and numbers as soon as it is dusk outdoors. #3 I wish I was able to repair my previous Bosch stove, much better than this one. A positive note: I like the dual fuel
