Beautiful range recommend 100% Just what we needed, love the duel fuel. I recommend this range more than wolf or viking because of it is just as good as the other brands but more beautiful and half the price

This is a beautiful range and we were excited to add it to our kitchen renovation. Unfortunately Wayfair delivered TWO of them and they were both defective. The second one was even more defective than the first (I should have kept the first one). The glass in the oven door pops out when the oven is warm so when you open the door, that glass slams into the open door after dropping from it's position of rest to the open door position. One of the knobs doesn't turn properly to adjust oven temperature. And when you set the temperature in the oven, it's not even close to the actual temperature inside (sometimes off by 50 degrees or more). Burners work great and the stove is beautiful, but too many problems with a "high-end" appliance for me to be satisfied. And shame on Wayfair for the new policy about not addressing customer service issues with replacement or refund on orders delivered more than 30 days ago. Appliances often don't get installed as soon as they're delivered because they're part of renovation or construction and so when the appliance was ready for installation, Wayfair was done caring about my concerns. This is a company that sells appliances, right? 30 days? Nothing in construction is on time enough to keep a 30 day window during the pandemic. From now on, I'll be ordering appliances directly from their manufacturer - the $5 I save on Wayfair cost me a LOT more in the end. Very unhappy.

Amazing range! Looks like a commercial range in the kitchen that range is surrounded by antique red bricks! Delivery was better than any other range I reviewed.

Beautiful unit. Straightforward installation and the quality you would expect from Bertazzoni. Recommend it especially for the price point

We are still in the process of building so we haven’t been able to install, but we opened it in the garage and it’s beautiful! I can’t wait to put it in our new kitchen. Will update when we do!
