These are amazing! They are completely non-stick and clean up incredibly easily. I love it that they have a sightly higher edge than most baking sheets. That really comes in handy because the food easily slides around on the sheet. Cookies, veggies, potatoes, even chicken and cheese are turn out perfectly and clean up with little effort.
