All lovers of crispy roast duck or delicious fried chicken will love the Twin select poultry shears. Because it makes it easy to portion poultry of all kinds. The well-thought-out design of the poultry shears starts with the ergonomic handle, which allows you to safely use the shears without tiring your hand. The shears provide an ideal leverage effect and a good transmission of power. Thanks to the bone crusher and serrated blade, you can cut meat, tendons, and even bones easily and cleanly. The serration prevents the food from slipping, which makes work even easier. With a short, powerful squeeze, you can cut quickly and cleanly. This is especially helpful if you use the shears for portioning and serving. In the case of the Twin Select poultry shears, the spring is on the inside for the first time. This prevents it from jumping out. And if you no longer need the shears, they can easily be taken apart and cleaned by the detaching mechanism.

Heavy, clunky, needs both hands to operate, unless you have huge hands. Strong shears.. Yeuk. Boston, MA. Sun Mar 15 2026

The demands placed on modern cooking utensils are high. In addition to absolute functionality, they must also boast impressive designs. Zwilling Pro series kitchen utensils are therefore not only carefully conceived, but they are also very attractive and, above all, highly practical. This spatula developed by internationally known designers Matteo Thun and Antonio Rodriguez combines polished and matte stainless steel to create a unique look. At the same time, the material mix is exceptionally practical: The stem’s satin-finish stainless steel is easy to handle, while the polished front end is made from a single piece to be very smooth and seamless. The separating edge makes dividing food simple and the wide slots allows frying fat to easily drain through. The spatula is ideally suited for stainless steel cookware and allows you to easily turn, lift or remove food. After using the spatula, it can be cleaned in the dishwasher and hung from its loop on the kitchen rail.

Never a dull knife again! Its time to sharpen like the professionals. Included in this set is a ZWILLING Pro 6" Wide Chef Knife with wood handle and ZWILLING V Edge Sharpener. Anyone whose ever prepared food with a truly sharp knife knows the incredible experience of using one. However, even the best blades lose their edge over time. Regular sharpening is crucial for maintaining their quality over the long term. But before you reach for a whetstone or sharpening steel and spend hours online looking for instructions on how to sharpen a knife correctly, take a moment to read on. Its patented sharpening mechanism is incredibly simple and wholly effective. Simply pull the knifes blade at a diagonal from above in a downward direction and the V-Edge does the rest. The V-shape arranged ceramic sharpening stones evenly sharpen the entire length of the blade without risk of damaging it. Different angle adapters are included for European (like the ZWILLING PRO Chef Knife) and Japanese knives. A lot of work has also been put into the exceptional design and premium workmanship of the V-Edge to make sure you see at first glance just how good it is. Instead of hiding it away in the cupboard, simply place it on the kitchen counter and leave the fine grain sharpening stones installed. That way, you can simply pull your knives through the V-Edge a couple of times before each use. Your knives will retain their professional sharpness and youll enjoy cooking with them even more.

We are so happy with these steak knives. They are amazing to hold, with confidence, and cut sharply, and very easy to sharpen.. Carl. MD. Sat Feb 13 2021

The best meals begin with the perfect tools! This Twin Four Star serrated steak knife set has everything you need for the best tasting steak dinners anytime!

Have tried other steak knives and they all end up being given away. These are great knives -- they actually do what you expect them to do: cut meat easily and cleanly, stay sharp, comfortable to use. We had a set of 8 for our main home and just bought these for a vacation home. Have had the originals for almost 5 years, use them frequently and still don't need to sharpen!. Kristina. I originally ordered the stainless flatware from Wayfair. One spoon was missing and I contacted them to request the missing spoon. Perigold sent me an entire set. Neither Wayfair nor Perigold wanted the original set returned. No wonder products are becoming so expensive.....It's easier/cheaper for companies to replace the entire product instead of one piece.. Inverted blade serration for a prolonged cutting edge. Inverted serration gives you the smooth cut of a fine edge, the blade that will stay sharp over years of use. This high and low serration distributes blade wear and tear, throughout a two-step process; delaying potential dulling. As the larger teeth wear down on hard ceramic surfaces, the smaller teeth between remain sharp.

Look forward to freshly brewed, wonderfully aromatic coffee. The Zwilling Sorrento Plus French press not only makes doing so incredibly simple but in incredible style too. The French press is a coffee plunger that can also be used as a serving pot whose puristic design makes it a highlight on any table. It goes particularly well with our elegant Zwilling Sorrento cups, which, like this French press, are also designed by Studio Matteo Thun & Antonio Rodriguez. Using this French press is especially easy: Freshly ground coffee is brewed in the press before the sieve is pushed downwards to push the coffee to the bottom. And thanks to its premium-quality, double-walled borosilicate glass, the French press keeps coffee hot for especially long.
